Edvisors in 1999 and 2000 helped plan Virginia 2020 as a consultant, initially on Public Service but then for International Activities, the Arts, and Science plans for the University of Virginia.

He assisted Harvard University conduct senior executive seminars for the Gulf Region and was a planning consultant to the United Arab Emirates Higher Colleges of Technology.

Robert Antonucci invited him to form a team advising Harcourt General on how to prepare Harcourt Online College, an electronic university, for degree program approval by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education.

He assisted Curry College with evaluation studies, Endicott College with nursing program reviews, and Quincy College in restoring an approved Allied Health program.

Edvisors counseled the University of Massachusetts , Dartmouth , and the University of Illinois at Springfield with self-studies for the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business,

He worked on special assignments for Emerson College , Thayer Academy , Middlesex Community College , Gibbs College , Lesley University , the Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration, the Worcester Education Alliance, and was the initial director of the National Arts and Learning Collaborative.

With NESDEC (New England School Development Council) he helped devise a governance plan for a vocational high school in Vermont , and helped form the Bridgeport Higher Education Alliance working with Bridgeport , Connecticut Public Schools. He advised the State of Iowa on education plans for the Workforce of Tomorrow.
