Online Bachelor's Degrees
It pays to earn your bachelor's degree. According to the U.S Census Bureau those with a bachelor's earn nearly thirty percent more than those with an associate's degree. An online bachelor's degree program, like a traditional classroom, usually requires 120-128 semester credits, including a required number of credits in the student's "major" discipline. Many schools now offer online degrees in fields on the rise such as nursing, accounting and finance — three of the ten highest paying degrees.
There are two general types of online bachelor degrees, the Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Science: The Bachelor of Arts is a 4 year college online degree that typically requires you to take a majority of your courses in the arts, namely social sciences, humanities, music, or fine arts. A Bachelor of Science is a 4 year college degree that typically requires you to take a majority of your courses in the sciences, namely life sciences, physical sciences, or the mathematical sciences.
