SEO Manager
Edvisors.com is looking for an experienced SEO manager to work on search engine optimization (SEO) tasks and projects for our network of financial aid and online education-related websites.
Responsibilities
- Optimizing individual pages for SEO (meta data, content, URL structure, etc.)
- Developing new content across our network
- Working closely with Web team with regards to navigational and hierarchical issues
- Inbound link building (directories, affiliates, etc.)
- Tracking rankings across the top search engines
- Researching new SEO tactics as well as directing their execution
- Training/educating coworkers on various SEO tactics and strategies
- Syncing the SEO strategy with PPC campaigns
- Maintaining/updating the master keyword list across our network of sites
Qualifications
- 2+ years of search engine optimization (SEO) experience
- Excellent writing/communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- HTML/Dreamweaver skills preferred
- Knowledge of website tracking and analytics (Google Analytics)
- Understanding of social media sites and how they relate to SEO
- Some PPC/SEM experience preferred
