The BSBA in Project Management focuses on the management of time-limited operations in terms of four constraints: time, cost, resources and specification. During this 15-month* degree program, students learn to identify priorities, organize assignments and deploy the necessary resources to accomplish projects on time and within specified budgets. Select program content covers key areas contained in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), considered to be the industry standard by the Project Management Institute.
This degree program has been accredited by the Project Management Institute's Global Accreditation Center (PMI-GAC). CTU Online is 1 of only 17 universities worldwide offering programs accredited by the Project Management Institute's Global Accreditation Center ? and 1 of only 2 with an accredited undergraduate program.
Graduates of this program have the opportunity to receive the Project Management Professional (PMP?) credential, the most universally recognized credential in the field of Project Management. They may sit for the PMP? examination with 3000 documented project leadership hours versus the 4,500 hours required for graduates of programs without the PMI-GAC accreditation.

*The 15-month Bachelor?s degree is a 2+2 program and assumes that all associate-level requirements have been met through an Associate?s degree or the equivalent. CTU Online students with no previous college experience can complete this degree in about 2 1/2 years.
