Keiser University Center for Culinary Arts offers a practical, hands-on approach to culinary education that will prepare you with the skills and knowledge you will need to be successful and reach your full potential in the fast-growing culinary field. Keiser University Center for Culinary Arts from day and evening classes, and take advantage of small classes that give you the opportunity to work closely with students and instructors and earn your Associate's degree in either Baking & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.

Program areas include Classical French Cuisine, Baking & Pastry, Stocks & Sauces, Dining Room Management, Food Service Production and International Cuisine. Programs vary by campus location.
