Northcentral University

Northcentral University is a regionally accredited distance learning university in Prescott Valley, Arizona, offering programs and degrees in business, education, and psychology. The purpose of its founding was to combine academics with the convenience of distance learning. At first, the college offered degree programs only in business administration and psychology. However, it developed quickly into a school that offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in business, education, and psychology. Founded in 1996, it has already graduated 600 students and currently has more than 7,500 students worldwide from all states and territories in addition to students from 52 other nations. Rockbridge Growth Equity, LLC, purchased Northcentral in 2008, adding to its other holdings, which include Quicken Loans, One Reverse Mortgage, Title Source, ePrize, Veritix and the Cleveland Cavaliers. It is fully accredited by North Central Association of Colleges and Schools; its business school is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs.
