Founded in 1971 by Nova Southeastern University as a part of that University, Fischler School of Education and Human Services has aimed to offer the most innovative, accessible, and technologically advanced programs available anywhere. This school offers certifications and licensure, Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Human Services, Educational Specialist, Doctorate of Speech-Language Pathology, and Doctor of Education degrees. Its main campus and home base is in South Florida, but it has sites across the country and throughout the world as follows: Main Campus and East Campus, both in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; North Miami Beach Campus; the Bahamas; Daytona; Fort Myers; Jacksonville; Jamaica; Las Vegas; Miami; Orlando; Tampa; and West Palm Beach. Accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate's, bachelor's, master's, educational specialist, and doctoral degrees. Weekend and Evening classes are available as are scholarships and financial aid. With an enrollment of 14,075 and a full-time faculty of 65 and a part-time faculty of 985, its most popular programs are the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), which offers nine specializations and nine minors. The Master of Science (M.S.) in Education is the next most popular. It offers thirty-seven specializations.
