Practical Nursing - Pennsylvania Institute of Health and Technology
The PIHT Practical Nursing Program is designed to prepare students for careers as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Opportunities to practice practical nursing include, but are not limited to physician offices, hospitals, home health care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and clinics to name a few. The Practical Nursing Program is completed within 12 months. Graduates will be eligible to take the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Licensing Exam for Practical Nurses. Educational opportunities are provided in a variety of settings in order to enhance the student's laboratory and clinical experiences.
