Master of Science in Organizational Leadership - Quinnipiac University Online

The Quinnipiac Master of Science in Organizational Leadership's curriculum is designed to foster graduate-level growth and development in six areas essential to leadership:

3. Ethics of leadership
4. Understanding, interpreting and using data to improve performance

6. Strategic analysis and implementation

Program design features include: convenient seven-week academic terms; course delivery that is either online only or in a "blended" format, which combines online learning with three half-day Saturday on-campus meetings per term; academic and personal support services, engaging educational experience that includes real-world examples; faculty team with extensive industry experience; and instructors who provide the personalized attention needed for a meaningful learning environment.
