Science Grade K-8 (Master's) - Walden University

The Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership at Walden University has updated its M.S. in Education program with a specialization in Science (Gr. K?8) to reflect the latest innovations and standards in science education. The enhanced specialization blends science content with pedagogy so teachers learn science in the same way they will teach it to their students, with an emphasis on inquiry-based, experiential learning. The curriculum aligns with the 5 core propositions of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS), the National Science Education Standards (NSES), and the standards set forth by the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA).
