Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship Program $20,000 October An achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors each year. Financial need is not a factor. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, and their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities.
Burger King Scholars Program $25,000 January Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, work part-time an average of 15 hours per week unless there are extenuating circumstances, participate in community service or other activities, demonstrate financial need and plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school by the fall term of the graduating year. Applicants do NOT need to work at Burger King, but Burger King employees are eligible.
Equitable Excellence Scholarships $20,000 December Awarded to high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in non-academic activities in school or community.
Gates Millennium Scholars Program COA - Other Aid January Available to students of African American, American Indian - Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, Hispanic American ethnicity with a 3.3 GPA high school GPA and who are eligible for a Federal Pell Grant. Covers the cost of education by covering unmet need and self-help aid, including graduate school funding for continuing scholars in the areas of computer science, education, engineering, library science, mathematics, public health or science.
Duck Brand Duct Tape Stuck at Prom Contest $10,000 July Applicants must enter as a couple wearing head-to-toe attire made from Duck Brand Duck Tape. Awards based on originality, workmanship, quality of duct tape use, color use and creative use of accessories.
Elks Foundation Most Valuable Student Scholarship $15,000 December Awarded to high school seniors who have demonstrated scholarship, community leadership and financial need.
American Legion National Oratorical Contest $18,000 March High school seniors must speak on some aspect of the U.S. Constitution, with some emphasis on the duties and obligations of citizens to our government. Speeches are eight to ten minutes long; three- to five-minute speeches on an assigned topic also are part of the contest.
Do Something Scholarship $100,000 March Honors those, 25 years of age and younger who have  already created a significant impact and tangibly improved the lives of others in their greater community in measurable concrete ways.
Doodle 4 Google $30,000 March Available for students in kindergarten through 12th grade who create a doodle they feel best represents an annual theme, such as, "If I Could Invent One Thing to Make the World a Better Place...".
Ronald McDonald House Charities HACER Scholarship $100,000 Fall Awarded to high school seniors, 21 years of age and younger, from families with at least one member of Hispanic heritage who have outstanding scholastic, community service and employment performance.
