Summerlin is a beautiful community, known for year-round outdoor activities. Summerlin boasts more than 150 parks and nearly 200 miles of village, bike, jogging, and natural trails. Temperatures range from an average of 42 degrees in the winter to an average of 85 degrees in the summer.
