My name is Laney Sharpe, and I am a high school senior who balances academics, entrepreneurship, and service. I own Laney’s Body Boutique, a small bath and body business, and I also run a tutoring program where I work with over 20 students of different ages and learning levels each week. Through these experiences, I have learned discipline, leadership, and the importance of using my skills to help others grow. This scholarship would ease the financial burden of college and allow me to focus fully on my education while continuing to expand my tutoring and creative work. Most importantly, it would help me pursue my goal of studying psychology and creative writing so I can empower others through education, mentorship, and meaningful expression.

Hello. My name is Ethan Swavely, a senior at Oviedo High School in Oviedo, Florida. It's been my dream to go to the University of Florida or University of Central Florida for a degree in electrical or aerospace engineering-- and this will help significantly. With less anxiety about earning enough money to keep myself afloat I will be able to focus on my classes. And now this has even opened up the possibility to begin an internship and hopefully have a social life; so I'm not just surviving but really living during my secondary education.
