Systems Administrator
The System Administrator is responsible for handling support and service requests in a professional and timely manner. This position installs, configures, and maintains infrastructure services with an emphasis on Microsoft software in a hybrid cloud environment, to include SharePoint, Team Foundation Server, and Dynamics.
Essential Functions
- Under general guidance from the Director of Engineering and Senior Systems Engineers provide support for areas related to systems administration.
- Responsible for administering and helping to design reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant collaboration tools.
- Administer and maintain CLC’s Microsoft TFS and Azure Devops environment, provide new builds and support to Dev, QA, and Production servers.
- Maintain and enhance code customizations for CLC’s enterprise Microsoft Dynamic CRM and SharePoint systems.
- Responsible for ensuring availability of platform monitoring, with timely problem identification and resolution
- Assist with daily administration of critical infrastructure services including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, SAN, log management, and monitoring systems.
- Evaluate and recommend Enterprise level hardware and software solutions
- Define, promote, and encourage the use of engineering practices.
- Identify opportunities for new systems administration practices
- Help plan for future enhancements and direction of the overall computer network
- Effectively collaborate with peers, cross-functional teams and team leaders.
- Responsible for identifying and communicating technical issues and risks associated with solutions and participate in infrastructure design reviews
- Responsible for administration, scheduling and testing of backup software and archived data.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Must have 3+ years of IT experience.
- Experience with the following: Microsoft Server products such as Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Storage Area Network Experience; Cisco Network Appliances, Disaster Recovery.
- Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft collaboration tools; Teams, SharePoint, and CRM. Both on-premise and cloud deployed.
- Experience with Azure infrastructure management, Azure Storage, Networking, Office 365, Defender, DLP, Teams, and Compliance systems.
- Experience in the analysis, installation, relocation/migration of Enterprise Level LAN/WAN system including hardware and software in a multi-platform complex environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Ability to explain technical solutions to business users with professionalism and tact.
- Knowledge of VoIP / SIP in an on-premise 3CX environment.
- Experience applying the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Industry certifications related to Windows system administration and security (MCSE/MCSA/Security+/GSEC) Certified Azure Administrator is desirable.

Email Marketing Specialist
The Email Marketing Specialist designs and executes marketing campaigns based on data analysis and business objectives. You will use HubSpot to deliver personalized and relevant email messages to our database of students and young adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute email marketing campaigns to our database of several hundred thousand active members to drive revenue and foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, drafting, editing and proofreading email content, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and highly targeted trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Create regular reports on key metrics and status to management.
- Establish and manage a rigorous A/B testing platform to enhance productivity, deliverability, and customer engagement.
- Perform quality control checks and document best practices to produce work that is error-free.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution.
- Optimize email programs through continual testing of creative, cadence, offers, targeting, etc.
- Work closely with business managers to proactively evaluate branding, design, messaging, and functionality of email to develop the most effective email campaigns.
- Monitor deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM and CCPA compliance to maintain high deliverability, data hygiene and channel health.
- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about best practices in email data management and marketing analytics.
- Define business and data requirements for email campaign implementations when it comes to building journeys, triggers and dynamic emails.
- Analyze email data to gain insights and develop actionable plans and customer behavior and their key characteristics to improve email marketing.
- Manage and update data within the database(s).
- Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure final product meets company’s expectations by deploying and evaluating test emails to a variety of ISPs.
- Maintain email standards including opt-in/out processes, email size, HTML, format, etc.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in email marketing Assist in marketing efforts outside of email marketing as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in email marketing, preferably working in an environment managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Expertise in HubSpot email marketing platform to create email workflows across different campaign initiatives.
- The ability to strategize and implement email marketing campaigns, edit HTML or work with complex filter designer logic, and direct marketing and multi-channel marketing.
- Demonstrable knowledge of email best practices extending to targeting, creative messaging, CAN-Spam compliance, responsive design, deliverability, A/B testing, and email performance metrics.
- Have a good understanding of state privacy laws (preferred).
- Knowledge of basic web languages preferred (HTML/CSS) as well an eye for design.
- Experience in strategizing, creating, and implementing drip campaigns.
- The ability to write marketing copy along with strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs performance.
- Passion about optimization and data analysis, discovering new insights across to increase performance.
- Self-directed, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision Strong organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
Education:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Additional knowledge and/or experience in other areas of marketing including social media, content creation or digital marketing (preferred but not required)
