Director, Performance Marketing

JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing with an aptitude in leading SEM, affiliate and email channels, along with a strong knowledge of SEO and social media. The ability to negotiate with partners and help close deals, as needed, is a must. This role is responsible for the overall management of the marketing programs for multiple websites and business lines. The ideal candidate is a well-organized, ethical digital marketing leader with strong communication, supervision and interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for driving results through various digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, affiliate, email and social media.
  • Implement highly creative campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive engagement; perform audit on existing promotions and lead team to drive unique, cutting-edge approaches for greater results
  • Drive qualified, online traffic to the company’s website(s) while maintaining positive financial results and ROAS.
  • Develop appropriate forecasting for lead generation to fulfill client budgets and company goals. Work collaboratively with Business Development.
  • Ensure strong pipeline of affiliates exist for each business channel
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective strategies for keyword optimization, search engine marketing, website visits, and social media interaction (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube)
  • Drive CRO (conversion rate optimization) efforts, including ongoing A/B testing via Google Optimize. Monitor intraday and trended performance to make best optimization decisions, depending on website/product line.
  • Track conversion rates, ensure partner flows are optimized, and make recommendations to improve websites, as needed.
  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the marketing strategy (developed in conjunction with SVP) and help team execute
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, including higher education related trends concerning college planning and financing
  • Review latest marketing advancements and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Conduct competitive analysis and implement improvements to pricing strategy, where appropriate
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals
  • Responsible for planning and budgeting all marketing initiatives, including any initiatives with 3rd parties, as well as implementation of appropriate cost controls
  • Create and maintain the promotional materials inventory and maintain company-wide brand standards
  • Identify conferences and training opportunities for the department’s continuous development

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience with proven track record
  • Non-negotiable ethics; ability to lead department within applicable company policy
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Appropriate balance of creativity and analytics. Ability to analyze large sums of data and share findings.
  • Experience managing ecommerce, SEM, contextual, affiliate programs, social and email marketing
  • Expert in CPA, CPC, CPM and rev share payment models
  • Understanding of relevant laws pertaining to online marketing and privacy, including CAN-SPAM
  • Skilled at developing, coaching and managing direct reports to ensure the department delivers on goals

Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

This Account Manager position is salary-based with bonus potential located at our office in Las Vegas, Nevada (Summerlin). We are currently looking for someone who finds joy in producing results, and is a self-starter capable of nurturing existing relationships and prospecting new business.

As part of the Business Development team, the Account Manager will help manage current clients,  assist in building a robust pipeline; onboard and manage assigned clients; identify opportunities to scale with existing clients (upsell); and help increase revenue and results for the company.The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure great client service and results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage and provide high touch customer service to existing partners, as assigned.
  • Grow revenue—Identify prospects to help build a solid pipeline. This includes researching competitor websites, identifying potential advertisers for various product lines and cold calling to develop potential leads. Ideal candidate is able to negotiate and close deals, including test campaigns.      
  • Assist with completion and coordination of new client onboarding documents, including Security Checklists and New Customer Forms. Provide and collect sensitive documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and templated Insertion Orders (agreements), as needed.  
  • Astute at cursory level contract review (or willing to learn).  
  • Monitor existing tracking platforms (i.e., HasOffers, Google Analytics) for performance anomalies and communicate with clients immediately on any issues that surface. 
  • Assist with ongoing and YOY analysis of per-client-performance, and think creatively to identify ways the company can generate additional revenue.  
  • Help prepare monthly invoice reports for Accounts Receivable based on actualized and estimated revenue, in coordination with clients and output from tracking systems.
  • In collaboration with Marketing, help facilitate offer setup process, and help monitor conversions and offer performance. 
  • Work with Marketing Operations to communicate client budgets and work towards meeting net profit for assigned product lines. Request increases in client budgets, when appropriate, to continue scaling revenue and relationships. 
  • Communicate client feedback to further improve the product lines.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and update collateral for prospects, as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5+ years proven sales or business development experience.
  • Must be an ambitious, results-driven individual who brings passion to this role and contributes to a positive work environment. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work well on a team or individually.   
  • Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to easily establish rapport with clients and prospects; especially via phone and email.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, as well as oversee multiple clients in different time zones. 
  • Ability to screen potential deals based on size of opportunity (potential short-term/long-term yields), and manage the pursuit of new business appropriately.
  • Must be able to read, decipher and help communicate trends evidenced in various performance reports from tools such as Google Analytics, HasOffers, corporate dashboards and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of online and email marketing, including familiarity with lead forms and filtering; conversion rate optimization; offer walls; CRO (A/B) testing; email open and click-through rates; etc. 
  • Must be an ethical individual; able to adhere to corporate compliance and governance. 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) in business or related field.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software; preferably Salesforce.com
  • Adept in Google Analytics,  HasOffers or similar software
  • Competent in creating client facing presentations

Senior Software Engineer

Design, produce and implement software solutions on .NET platform in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Design innovative solutions to real market problems. Work closely with product and marketing managers, user interaction designers, and software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic decision making to project planning. Under management guidance, can assist with the recruiting and hiring process for technical talent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work collaboratively with IT Development team on software development efforts from a technology perspective. This involves being intimately involved with all technical activities within the team (software development life cycle activities, code reviews, research, etc.)
  • Technology Oversight: Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects
  • Evangelism of architectural vision, strategy, and principles

  • Minimum 8 years full-time software development experience in an enterprise environment
  • 10+ years experience with object-oriented design and implementation with expert knowledge of OO languages (C#), distributed systems, web services, etc.
  • Minimum 8 years of C# and MS SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Minimum 5 years developing with ASP.NET MVC, JSON, and jQuery/JavaScript
  • Minimum 2 years of developing with CRM technologies and Sitecore CMS
  • Minimum 5 years working in an Agile environment
  • At least 5 years of experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams of 4 or more members

Senior Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Business Analyst helps the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by eliciting, defining and documenting the requirements of features/projects and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and development teams. The Senior Business Analyst participates in the development, testing, and implementation of application solutions, includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver solutions within scope and according to plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Define feature/project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Elicit and define feature/project scope documentation, including gap analyses, user stories, flows, and requirements.
  • Produce definition and design deliverables throughout project, including requirement updates, wireframes, and data migration requirements.
  • Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Develop and deliver project progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
